Three ways to partner
CSR Partnership
Each of our three programs is structured as a fundable CSR unit with defined deliverables, geography, reporting cadence, and audit-ready documentation. We welcome CSR partnerships for rural libraries, leadership training, livelihood support, and village-level development initiatives.
Partnership range: ₹10 lakh to ₹10 crore. We are open to co-branded village-level initiatives and multi-year commitments, subject to legal and governance review.
Foundation Funding
We welcome conversations with philanthropic foundations on program funding, capacity building, evaluation, and research. We are particularly interested in funders who value long-term presence over short-term visibility.
Development Partnership
We collaborate with district administration, panchayati raj institutions, schools, civil society organisations, design institutions, livelihood platforms, and rural development organisations on program implementation, training, and shared learning.
We do not seek competitive overlap with peer organisations.

Initial Conversation
A call with the founder or a senior team member to understand your priorities and explore fit.

Site Visit
We invite serious partners to visit Champaran and understand the geography, communities, program needs, and local operating context.

Proposal and Agreement
A written proposal with defined scope, deliverables, reporting cadence, financial structure, and audit framework.
4
Ongoing Engagement
Quarterly progress reports, annual financial audit, partner review meetings, and field visits where appropriate.
