We establish and operate community libraries across rural Champaran. Each library is a physical space with curated reading material in Hindi, English, and local languages, supported by trained local librarians drawn from the community itself.
We identify and train young people from Champaran, between the ages of eighteen and twenty-eight, in civic leadership, public communication, ethical decision-making, and local problem-solving.
We work with traditional artisans in Champaran, including weavers, potters, craft producers, women-led home enterprises, and rural micro-producers, to improve product design, market access, digital presence, and pricing through collectives and partnerships.
